Western Omelet
Here is the recipe of the western omelet. You can cut the omele in two to create sandwiches, if desired.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp sweet butter
6 large eggs
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup chopped scallions (Use an onion if scallions not available)
3/4 cup chopped ham
3/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Melt the butter in a skillet.
- Whisk together the eggs with all of the other ingredients.
- Pour egg mix into skillet.
- Cook one side, flip, and cook the other.
- Don't overcook the omlet.
